The item must be returned on day 4 of the hire period.
If the garment is hired for a weekend, it must be returned on the Monday after that weekend.
A form of photo ID may be required for security purposes.
Care
Do not wash, iron or dry clean any garment.
Items are dry-cleaned by Kids Runway Designer Hire upon return of the garment.
If the garment is damaged, you will be charged the full original purchase price of the garment to be replaced.
All garments are checked before being posted to ensure there is no damage to the garment.
By placing an order with Kids Runway Designer Hire, you authorise Kids Runway Designer Hire to charge your payment method used for any damages caused to the garment during your hire period.
Payments
Payment must be made in full order to hire a garment.
Payment can be made via EFT or cash
Cancellations
We offer a 24hr cooling off period for cancellations.
If you cancel within 24hrs of placing your order, you will receive a full refund.
You will not be refunded if you cancel your order within the 24 hours before your wear date.
If you do decide to cancel after the 24 hr period, you will be given a credit note of the full amount that was paid.
Returns
Garments must be returned on Day 4 of your hire period.
If the garment is not returned on Day 4 of the hire period, you will incur a late fee of 20% of the hire price for each day over the hire period.
An invoice will be sent to you for late fees incurred and must be paid within 7 days.
If the garment is not returned to Kids Runway Designer Hire, you will be invoiced the full purchase price of the item and this must be paid within 7 days of invoice.
By placing an order with Kids Runway Designer Hire, you authorise Kids Runway Designer Hire to charge your payment method used if you fail to pay your invoice for late fees incurred or if you fail to return the garment at all.
